Account Information

  1. To make an online purchase, you must register an account with Bebelove. Once registration is confirmed, you can start shopping.
  2. You can access your account anytime to change or rectify any information you have given.
  3. Registering of an account gives you a faster and easier shopping experience.
  4. You enjoy a faster check out process and you are able to review your past orders, order status, items ordered and dates of purchase & delivery.

Products and Pricing

  1. All prices is quoted in Singapore dollar(SGD).
  2. Bebelove do not charge GST. We use nett pricing.
  3. Bebelove reserve the rights to make any changes to the pricing we offer in this site.
  4. Bebelove will not be liable for any price changes and are not bound to fulfill any orders at old or erroneous prices.
  5. Bebelove puts in all effort to maintain stock availability and reliable supply from manufacturers. Should we discover that the items you ordered has run out, we will contact to arrange a backorder.
  6. Please note that swatches of product colours and fabric patterns depicted on this site may not be a true representation of the actual product due to the different screen settings of individual computers.

Ordering

  • Once an order has been confirmed and submitted, cancellations will not be allowed.
  • If order is cancelled due to product unavailability or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.
  • If you have any special requests or instructions for us to take note of or you have any special message for your recipient if you are buying a gift, please include that in the message box ‘Special Instructions or Comments’ provided in the checkout pages.
  • You can check your order status by signing into My Account.
  • If you have opted for registered mail, we will email you the registered post tracking number so that you can track your delivery status.
  • Please note that all international orders are accepted only when you opt to pay by credit card.
  • All orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of payment.
  • For  urgent orders, please ask for urgent services in the comments box. Urgent service charges apply.

Shipping Information and Delivery Charges

  • Once we have received your order, it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • Please note that proccessing time may be longer during peak festive periods.
  • Local Courier service of $10 applies for all orders . All Diaper Bag purchases will be sent via local courier.
  • For shipping charges by registered mail, It will be a flat rate of $4.00 for items below 2kg.
  • All local mail delivery will be by registered mail. Bebelove has decided to cancel normal mail options due to lost mails by normal mail.
  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!!!
  • All intermational orders will be shipped via Speedpost registered mail. Please refer to shipping table.

  • Rates are charged according to merchandise total and the zone the country is in.
  • Please note that all orders delivered outside of Singapore(International Orders)may incurr additional customs and taxes charged by the country. These additional costs are not covered in the regular shipping fees you are paying during checkout. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for the additional costs in order to receive their shipment.
  • On orders that incurr additional charges, a seprate email will be sent to you for your confirmation.
  • Upon your confirmation, we will send you another email with a link for you to pay by credit card.
  • We will send you an email to inform you that your order has been shipped/fulfilled.
  • For Urgent Orders that require immediate attention and shipping, a $15 surcharge on top of the regular shipping charge applies.
  • For self-collection, orders are to be collected at our convenience. 2 venues to choose to collect items, City Square Mall or Changi. Just select self-collect and let me know when you will like to collect.

Payment Options

  • All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars.
  • We only accepts the following payment options :
  • - Credit Card (Visa /Master) For Amex card holders, we are working on that.
  • - Bank transfer (internet banking , ATM, over the counter )
  • If you have opted for bank transfer, our bank account details will be provided during the checkout process and in the Order Confirmation email sent to you.
  • Orders will only be fulfilled after the bank transfer has been done.
  • Please email us after you have paid through bank transfer with your order number and transaction reference number.
  • Once the above has been received and verified, we will ship your order within 3 business days.
  • Orders not paid within 7 days will be released for sale.

Returns and Exchange Policy
Your Satisfaction is our Top Priority
All Items sold on our website are not allowed to be returned or exchanged unless for the following :

  • Items are different from stated on Invoice.
  • Products are genuinely faulty during delivery ( it is the customers responsibility to check their purchases during delivery)
  • We will only accept items unwashed and unworn for exchange.
  • All items for returns or exchange must be in their original packaging and price tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns or exchange of Nursing Bras.
  • Please note that it is the customers’ responsibility to pay for delivery charges incurred when items are sent back to us.
  • Orginial shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Please contact us within 7 days if you wish to return or exchange your order.
  • Please note that sale items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
  • Please note that we only do refunds in bank transfer which is fast and will be processed within 14 business days.

* Please note that the above exchange and return policy does not apply to Beco Baby Carriers. Please contact us for any problems with your Beco Baby Carrier. *

If you choose to exchange for a product with lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. So we urged customers to think carefully before deciding on the exchange.

Discounts and Promotion Codes

  • Occasionally, you may receive special offers through our newsletter e-mails or through promotions on our website or other advertising mediums. These special offers can only be redeemed through promotional or coupon codes.
  • To use the code, enter your promotional or coupon code in the space provided at the Payment Information page during the checkout process.
  • If there is a problem with the promotional code, an error message will appear and you will need to rectify the code before you can continue to checkout.
  • Only one promotional code or gift certificate code can be applied at a time for each order. 
     

Privacy Policy

Bebelove promises to protect and respect your privacy. Your contact information, including your email address, telephone number or anything else we request of you, will never be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rent to any third party without your prior consent unless it is necessary or appropriate to comply with the applicable laws or in legal proceedings.
